All shippings will be shipped within a week. Once the package has been dropped at the USPS, it is now the responsibility of the mail carrier and recipient. If a customer does not receive their package, Three Blessed Gems IS NOT liable to remedy the situation. The recipient must contact the USPS in order to resolve the issue. All packages are shipped insured and all information necessary for recipient to file a claim with the USPS is provided via a shipping email.
