Refund policy
Exchange or In-store Credit
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or in-store credit. If the item is a Preloved designer item all tags must still be attached to the item and authenticity sold with item must be included. All preloved designer items must be in the same condition as time of sale. All clearance is final sale.
To be eligible for an exchange or in-store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your Item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or in-store credit.

We will pay to have you send your item back via shipping, however any item exchanged that will need to be shipped will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or in-store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. All items should be packaged in a box so as to not be damaged in the shipping process.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
