Refund Policy

Exchange or In-store Credit
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or in-store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or in-store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchange or in-store credit (if applicable)
Once your Item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or in-store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or in-store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. All items should be packaged in a box so as to not be damaged in the shipping process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
